Artwork Description:
The theme of the rocking horse is travel. It is designed to resemble a brown leather suitcase with travel stickers from across the country and around the globe.

Inspiration for Artwork:
The theme was voted on by Conferon employees in the Registration and Housing Department. They plan meetings across the country and wanted to reflect that. Also many people have a great love of traveling.

Media Used:
Water-based paint and glaze, the base is decorated in a faux finish to resemble a brown leather suitcase and travel labels are painted in acrylic.

Artist: Wroblewski, Jennifer

The rocking horse was designed and decorated by Jennifer Wroblewski, an employee of the Registration and Housing Department at Conferon. She attended Kent State University for her Bachelors of the Arts and Fine Art.
